HOME & PROPERTY PROJECTS THAT NEED FHOA REVIEW & APPROVAL
( See Section 8 of FHOA Covenants )

Before your home / property improvements begin, the FHOA Board and Architecture Control Committee approval is required if:

​Any construction / landscaping that requires:

Clearing​
-
Excavation
-
Grading
-
-
Any exterior alteration of original or previously improved buildings, driveways, fencing and landscaping (including the removal or addition of large shrubs and trees)​

Any installation of equipment (e.g. generators, solar panels, rain catchers, satellite dishes, etc.)
LANDSCAPING CLARIFICATIONS
Anything like the hardscaping in the upper & lower left hand corners of this drawing might affect grading and drainage,easements, aesthetics, etc. The FHOA ACC approval process is required.

Changing out the flower beds anywhere does not require approval. NOTE: ALL Fences need approval. Fences cannot be any color but NATURAL. The white fence in this drawing would not pass.

Large Trees & Shrubs
LARGE trees (shade trees) like e.g. Oaks, Pines, Crepe Myrtle, Birch over 20 feet should not be removed prior to FHOA ACC approval. These trees help make the neighborhood look and feel cooler in the summer and more comfortable and inviting overall.

Please do not removeLarge, established shrubs visible from the street front should not be removed until discussed with the FHOA ACC.
